We lived in this building (425 Blvd) for around 6 years and really enjoyed it. The building has good amenities, very responsive maintenance staff and great front desk team members. The front desk manager Hector and package manager Mariano are the best! The location is extremely convenient if you work in Manhattan. On weekdays connectivity to the city is great but gets slower and fewer options on weekends. We made a decision to move because our apartment has not been renovated since long before we moved in but the rent hikes post covid have been steep year on year.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jen and Victor from the leasing office who assisted me in finding my new home. From the moment I reached out, their friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect place were evident. I had been a resident in one of the BLVD buildings, but wanted to move (preferably within the same area) and all of this amidst travel to/from India. What truly set them apart is the human touch they brought - they took the time to understand my needs and preferences, they remained in constant communication, promptly responding to any questions or concerns I had, even late on a Sunday night over email. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I was able to find an excellent home at the right price :)

Enjoying my stay over her, building staff is cordial, swift and efficient. Residents are friendly and building is clean. Building Maintenance gets taken care of within a day after the work order is opened. Govino, Maintenance Technician, is proactive, helpful and knows the issues really well. Big thumbs up to him and the team for keeping the building running so well.

We lived at 475 BLVD Collection for 4 years in the north tower, 2 bed-2 bath apartment. Our experience was great, with lovely views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. LOCATION is the best: a Simon mall, supermarket, wholesale, and the Path station within walking distance, you will enjoy the best of NYC proximity and the relaxing Jersey way of life. The Concierge, Maintenance, and Cleaning team are THE BEST! We highly recommend this place for dog owners (lower floors will make your day-to-day easier as the dog run is located on the 12th floor).

really enjoyed staying here. had a delightful experience with the leasing office. Victor has been incredibly helpful! Can't say enough good things about the leasing management, concierge, and maintenance crews! Also, the package management, Mariano, and the lady who usually handles the night shift (apologies for not knowing her name) are incredibly kind! would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an apartment without the hassle of dealing with a broker.

Been living for over a year at 425 Blvd and my experience has been very pleasant. The leasing team is very friendly and cooperative. Thanks to Jennifer who was my leasing agent. She proactively followed up with multiple options to suit my timelines. Very convenient location in terms of access to PATH stations and shopping outlets.

Had a pleasant experience with the leasing office. Victor has been really helpful and we had a smooth application process. The web portal is easy to use for all of the payments and paperwork. Would recommend to those who're looking for an apartment and want nothing to do with a broker.

I ran into a lady the other day who asked me about the building and I told her I love it. We have been in the building for 12 years ! And it’s mainly because of the amazing maintenance team. The entire maintenance staff is top notch especially Govino, Hanfill and Angel who are very prompt, courteous, genuine, friendly and effective at their jobs. This review would not be complete without mentioning Hector the concierge head. He is the most sincere, thoughtful person I’ve ever met who is a living example of integrity and customer service. I hope the management will continue to maintain this level of proficiency in keeping the residents happy!
